I have not stopped using this seasoning on everything that I can think of...from eggs, and burgers, to the best chili I have made in my life! It is a such a treat to conjure up things to put Chef's special seasoning on...I drool when I just think about it! A must buy!

Chef Clay, your New-Orland blend tastes great. I used it on boneless chicken breasts then cooked them on the barbeque. The taste was superb. I cooked extra chicken and sliced some chicken on my caesar salad yesterday, it was yummy. Today I had a chicken sandwich and didn't have to use any sauces because the flavour was so great. I can't wait to try it on beef and pork. I will be sharing it with friends and family so they can enjoy the awesome flavor also. Thanks Clay from your Canadian friend!

New site is great Chef Clay! Your New-Orland blend is fantastic. Marinated roaster chicken over night and cooked in crock pot, WONDERFUL! Also use on Salmon steaks on the grill, fantastic!

Chef Clay, Just wanted you to know that your New Orleans blend is outstanding!! I coated two pork tenderloins with oil and your seasoning. Let them marinaide overnight and grilled them the next day. My dinner guests couldn't say enough and asked what I used on the pork tenderloin which of course I told them. I'll be sharing your fantastic new blend with family and friends because it's so good and you can use it on any type of meat. Luckily there was just enough to make a cold pork tenderloin sandwich the following day and let me tell you it was awesome!! Thanks, Dan Z
