Just wanted you to know that your New Orleans blend is outstanding!! I coated two pork tenderloins with oil and your seasoning. Let them marinaide overnight and grilled them the next day. My dinner guests couldn't say enough and asked what I used on the pork tenderloin which of course I told them. I'll be sharing your fantastic new blend with family and friends because it's so good and you can use it on any type of meat. Luckily there was just enough to make a cold pork tenderloin sandwich the following day and let me tell you it was awesome!!
