Below is a video of me explaining the reason why I wrote & published a soup cookbook along with two television appearances on WGN Channel 9-Chicago. The first tv appearance, I was accompanied by my pastor, Brad Davick. It was primarily pitching the cookbook to help raise money for the Youth Ministry at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Waukegan, IL. The second video was on Fat Tuesday and was dedicated to a dear friend & culinary mentor of mine Chef Dave Teichman. He passed away in 2009.
